Opening of Quorn Cricket Club Pavilion in 1928

George Francis Farnham secured the future of Quorn’s cricket ground, Caves Field in 1926. In 1928 the pavilion was built, with a grand opening in September of that year.

Left to right:
Frank Roy Facer (known as Roy), the Captain of Quorn Cricket Club Douglas Henry Bream, James Hartopp, George Francis Farnham, who had donated the cricket ground two years earlier and Sydney James Wright (Chairman).
