60 Station Road/The Pig and Whistle Pub - then and now

The Pig and Whistle was a popular pub in Quorn, especially with the footballers who used to change there before playing a match on Stafford Orchard.

In the 1970s it was converted to a dwelling, but it is nice that the gantry for the pub sign still remains.
